While we suggest both day and night to receive the maximum benefits, we also know how valuable your sleep is. Start sleeping with it as long as you can. 1hr is even fine to start. Work to incrementally increase the hours from there. Our internal data shows improvement was being reported with as little as 4 hours per night. If you can make it to 4+ hrs, that’s the sweet spot.
